“Warehouse In-Charge cum Admin Assistant

Managed stock levels and made key decisions about stock control.
Ensured that merchandise shipments have been received and displayed within the company’s expectations.
Responsible for inventory control and loss prevention in stock room, navigated inventory system to document merchandise received, shipped or transferred to other location.
Complete low stock report forms & update to management. Also, update system while stock move from one location to other location.
Manage the warehousing and storage of all materials.
Managed internal email for stock staff informing them of tasks to be completed and inventory check schedules. Keeping a stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements.
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs, submit expense reports. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
Supervise the delivery of materials and supplies to all departments upon schedule and request. Insure accuracy of completed request form. Plan & direct the inventory and stock control programs for materials.
Maintain the inventory of supplies coordinate the replacement and ordering of such.
Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly replacement of exiting materials as it damage or not working well. Supervise processing of all receiving reports / invoices on all shipments received through the warehouse.
Should work well under pressure and be able to face and overcome unexpected obstacles, including emergencies.
All other duties and responsibilities related to this are as per management instruction.
