• To contact prospects and existing customers to inform them about the new Etisalat Plans and offers.
• Offer the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead
• Contact potential clients in the UAE in order to increase sales opportunities
• Initiate sales with customers over the phone & cold-calling customers to sale Etisalat Post Paid plans & offers to them.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• To maintain the database of all the interested customers
• Go the “extra mile” to meet the given target and facilitate future sales
• Keep yourself up to date with the happenings in Etisalat
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Pressure
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
