Our client is your one-stop human resource services firm, supporting any and ALL HR functions. They customize plans for each client, letting them choose as many or as few services as they need as their business evolves.
Your responsibilities will include:
Calling customers from the data/list that has been provided and convincing them to buy the products offered in order to achieve the sales targets that have been set.
Following pending customer payments.
Entering and processing sales data into the system precisely and accurately.
Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly requirements with respect to call volume and sales.
You have at least 1-year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
