Roles & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Telecaller who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Telecaller Duties:
-Record customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and services
Communicate with sales representatives regarding customer calls.
-be punctual
-excellent communication skill in English Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam
