The position consists in supporting Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) activities in the GCC region.
This position reports to the SFE manager and consists of:
Administrating the Veeva system: support sales reps, managers, medical, and marketing teams in their daily requests
Extract and analyse execution excellence KPIs related to the field force and provide insights to the relevant stakeholders.
Support the SFE team in the preparation of the sales cycle plan, target setting, and incentive calculation.
As a member of the Commercial Operations department, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the transformation and digitalization journey AZ GCC is going through by continuously improving the SFE processes and the way analysis and insights are created.
Typical Accountabilities
Veeva, Reltio, AZAP administration
Set up a questionnaire in the system and support the SFE team and brand managers in the entire S&T process and actively contribute to the S&T exercise analysis to come up with the best outcome from the exercise.
Lead the user training on Veeva (induction and refreshers) related to customer and non-customer-facing functions ( reps, FLSM, marketing, medical, KAM )
Provide business analysis to marketing, medical, finance, digital and HR team related to mapped Veeva reports extractions.
Provide support to sales managers and SFE lead in the quarterly sales cycle plan by generating insights and recommending actions to be done regarding call frequency, and territory changes,
Target Setting and Incentive Processes
Ensure regular communication to the field force on target setting and KPIs measurement.
Support the SFE team in administrating the target setting and incentive calculation processes from A to Z (input files, KPIs qualifications, system management, field force communication, cases management)
Analyse the outcome of the incentive by promoting incentive health checks.
Digital and Omnichannel initiatives
Actively participate in the development and rollout of innovative and insightful activity dashboards
Ensure the continuous development of efficient internal and external data extraction, analysis, and reporting systems to meet the needs of Sales and Marketing teams.
Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, digital, sales teams ) on global and /or regional-led projects/ initiatives
Essential for the role
Organised, disciplined, and motivated.
Previous hands-on BI tools / automated calculation systems related to field force sales and non-sales KPIs (CRM, incentive calculation tools )
At least one year of experience in a Data Specialist role
Ability to learn fast and to work under stress.
