Job Description The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.
