Roles & Responsibilities
A Sales Manager is a key position within a company responsible for leading the sales team, setting sales goals, devising strategies to meet these goals, and ensuring the team meets its targets and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to ensure inventory levels as per the guidelines
• Responsible for stock rotation
• Liaises with the trade marketing team to ensure trade marketing plans and budgets are adhered to
• Interfacing with Customer/ supplier at their first- and second-line management levels for annual budgeting and sales forecasting
• Liaises with the supplier s market managers in devising marketing tactics and marketing spend
• Negotiates with customers on the allocated marketing spend
• Address stock listing, availability, visibility, and expiry issues within prescribed guidelines
• Liaises with the logistics function to ensure timely clearing, storing and delivery of stock
• Responsible for debt recovery and provides support to accounting team for reconciliations
• Provides inputs towards the short- and medium-term strategic planning process for the division
• Facilitates the achievement of short term and medium-term strategic goals of the division
Requirements:
• Language and proficiency (Fluent in both English and Arabic)
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite
• Valid GCC light vehicle driving license required
