Roles & Responsibilities
Kanoo Machinery is a leading solutions provider in supply, service & rental of various equipment such as Materials Handling, Welding, Construction, Engines & Power Generation, Mobile Cranes, Compressors, Aerial Work Platforms, Cleaning, Agricultural, other industrial equipment and services ranging from sustainable solutions, through smart engineering and value-added services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Take charge of Parts-Sales activities for Perkins Spare Parts within the assigned territory as the Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR).
Generate business for parts and services throughout the designated territory.
Achieve quarterly and annual targets for volume, sales revenue, and income. Also, handle general sales administration duties and prepare sales reports for the allocated territory.
Collaborate closely with government and private customers to secure parts and service tender deals.
Oversee all parts marketing activities, including documentation and competition analysis.
Monitor and track all parts-sales activities, such as key account management, customer relationship management (CRM), inquiries, sales leads, open quotations, and lost orders. Maintain a strong collaboration with the Kanoo Perkins Engines & Service team.
Prepare various reports, including branch reports, sales reports, and other administrative tasks related to UAE Perkins Parts-Sales.

Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in parts sales/Aftermarket in UAE/GCC
Must have good Knowledge of Perkins products and their applications.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations and strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, or a related field is typically preferred.
Possess a valid UAE driving license to facilitate travel within the territory and engage with customers effectively.
