We are currently hiring for one of our client who is a global leader in the International Markets. They are shipping experts with an established international network spanning Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Africa. Also, they have established a large international network in a short span of time offering Shipping & Cargo services.

Job description – Sales Co-ordinator   – Freight forwarding division

• Getting the freight rates from Shipping lines, air lines, overseas agents
• Co-ordinating with carriers for import delivery orders, fulfill the documentation requirement of the carrier
• Forwarding freight quotation to clients
• For Export shipments co-ordinate with customers for documents, BL drafts, co-ordinating with carriers
• Update Daily Booking report; Daily telecall reports
• Create bookings in carrier’s website. Should be aware of shipping lines portals  like Intraa etc
• Co-ordinate with operations for transportation/ export declaration etc
