What equips you for the role
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a good general level of education with 2 years’ experience in customer services front-end environment, preferably within the Automotive, Retail or Telecom industries. Working knowledge of MS Office applications specifically MS Excel is required. You must also possess excellent and effective communication skills, customer orientation, good interpersonal and rapport building capabilities. Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including an ability to meet deadlines and manage a varied workload in a busy environment is a must. Arabic speakers will be an added advantage for this role.
- 2 years’ experience in customer services front-end environment, preferably within the Automotive, Hospitality and Retail industries
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications specifically MS Excel is required
- Possess good customer orientation, good interpersonal and rapport building capabilities.
- Must have excellent and effective communication skills, Arabic speakers will be an advantage but not mandatory!
