Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate accountant to join our team in Dubai! The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance along with at least 7 years of experience in the following areas:
Owners Association Accounting
To be aware & have a good knowledge in Owners Association accounting and Familiarity in MOLLAK system ,Trust Account and Escrow Account . also , Liaising with Land department in Dubai if required.
Accounts Receivable:
To manage the accounts receivable process. This involves managing and processing invoices and collections from customers, ensuring that all payments are accurate, timely, and recorded correctly. To be able to maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions and follow up with customers as necessary to ensure timely payment.
Bank Reconciliation:
To compare the company’s bank statements to its accounting records to ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis. To ensure that all bank transactions are reconciled accurately and on a timely basis, identifying any discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
Payroll:
To manage the company’s payroll process. This involves ensuring that employee salaries and other payments are accurate, timely, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. To be able to maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions and ensure that all deductions and taxes are calculated correctly.
VAT and Corporate Tax:
To manage and process the company’s tax obligations, including VAT and corporate tax. This involves ensuring that all payments are accurate and timely, and that all applicable laws and regulations are complied with. To be able to maintain accurate records of all tax transactions and ensure that all tax returns are filed on time and accurately.
City Ledger:
To manage and reconcile the city ledger, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis.
Posting and Filing:
To ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely, and that all supporting documentation is filed properly. To manage the posting and filing process, ensure that all financial records are organized and accessible.
Financial Reports:
To prepare financial reports, analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns, and providing financial advice to senior management.
