Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead the foreign trade department in actively exploring the international market, contract foreign clients, seek orders, and lead business negotiations and contract signings.
· Responsible for the negotiation, signing documents verification, order management, transportation customs declaration and remittance of foreign trade orders.
· Responsible for the evaluation, tracking management, and risk control of foreign trade orders.
· Responsible for the management and risk control of foreign trade business process.
· Responsible for the production and supply of the orders received, the tracking of goods inspection, commercial inspection, and customs declaration processes, and timely handling of issues that arise in requests.
· Responsible for organizing customer information, providing timely feedback and handling of customer requests.
· Responsible for properly handling urgent accidental situations during contact fulfillment.
· Responsible for the training and guidance of subordinate business staff.
· Complete the tasks temporarily assigned by the group management.
