Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description/ Responsibility: You shall be responsible for supporting HR activities related to:
Posting Jobs, sourcing resumes, arranging Interviews meetings.
Preparation and Confirmation on offer letter process
Visa processing, documentation, guidance & communication to employees, follow-up and record keeping.
Employee on boarding and PoC for communication on Benefits, policies, resources and access.
HRMS Super User and responsible to create Employee Profiles / files, Benefits management, payroll summary Tally every month.
Ensure HRMS system updated with necessary periodic reports and analytics.
Accurately updating internal payroll databases and ensuring efficient monthly payroll process.
System update and management of employee salaries, loans and advances.
Resolving employee’s issues related to overtime, pays lips or any payroll matters
Update department head with monthly reports related to monthly salary comparable, loan management, insurance, incentive, monthly payroll analysis
Overall you will help run a smooth and accurate payroll process and also support related HR functions / initiatives.
Provide periodic analytical reports on employee attendance, productivity and related diagnostic analysis.
Support and contribute resourcefully towards the department’s monthly employee engagements and welfare activities.
Monitor and record keeping of all employee records on training and learning performance, insurance census and necessary record management.
Closely work with the Manager to foster open communication and general well-being of all employees.
Internal communicator for office circulars, employee query resolutions
Support in the general management of the office.
Desired Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience of working in UAE in a large organization of 300+ with HRMS/ Payroll management software.
The individual is required to work independently with little instruction on day to day work.
Familiar with UAE labor regulations related to employee wage & compensations
The role requires a strong self-starter with demonstrated experience in various HR activities & analytics.
Excellent with Microsoft Excel (familiar with formulas and tools such as V-Look up pivot tables etc.).
Proficient with working on online portals, software and in general with excellent computer skills.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Ability to handle confidential information
MBA in HR.
