Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and driven Export Sales Executive to join our team in the Perfume Industry. This role will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Africa region by developing and implementing effective sales programs, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and growth objectives in the Africa region.
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Identify and appoint new distributors in key markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the region.
Understand the local market dynamics and customer needs to tailor product offerings and pricing approach accordingly.
Negotiate and close deals with customers, distributors, and other partners in the region.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends and provide regular updates to the senior management team.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the Personal Care Industry.
Strong understanding of the African market and customer dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French, Arabic, or other local languages is a plus.
