Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively participate in banks product campaign & promotions.
Establish and maintain strong professional relationship with customers.
Ensure adherence to cut-off times and deadlines.
Achieve sales targets assigned on a weekly and monthly basis.
Consistently illustrate high levels of customer orientation and professionalism in day-to-day conduct.
Maximize on cross selling growth of existing customer base and identify new potential selling opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communication & negotiation Skills
Must be highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
They should also have patience and perseverance to initiate, negotiate, and close a sale.
Candidate must have sales experience in Banking.
1- 2 years in the Credit Card/Retail banking division of a leading bank or Financial Institutions
Home country banking sales experience is also considered.
