Roles & Responsibilities
· Create visually appealing displays and merchandising strategies that showcase our products in an attractive and enticing manner, using visual elements such as color, lighting, props, signage, and graphics.
· Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop visual merchandising plans that align with the overall marketing and sales strategies of the company, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.
· Plan and implement store layouts, product placements, and signage to optimize traffic flow, highlight key products, and create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
· Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement to ensure consistent execution across all branches.
· Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to store staff on visual merchandising standards, techniques, and best practices to drive sales and improve overall store aesthetics.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest retail trends, visual merchandising techniques, and customer preferences, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate visual merchandising strategies.
· Create planograms and visual guidelines for store displays, and ensure that store staff are trained and adhering to these standards.
· Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain visual merchandising materials, props, and signage, and ensure timely installation and maintenance of displays in compliance with company standards.
· Conduct regular store visits and visual merchandising audits to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies, provide feedback to store staff, and make necessary adjustments to improve visual impact and sales performance.
· Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate the success of visual merchandising strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
· Work closely with the graphic design section to develop visually appealing marketing materials, such as in-store signage, posters, and banners, to support visual merchandising strategies and promotions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising strategies and timely implementation of marketing initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience in visual merchandising, store layout design, or related roles in a retail environment.
· Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, retail trends, and customer behavior.
· Creativity in visual storytelling and ability to create visually appealing displays.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and mentor store staff.
· Ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform visual merchandising strategies.
· Proficient in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Familiarity with marketing concepts and graphic design is a plus.
