To sell and distribute the products and collect outstanding dues on time.
Explore, identify, and develop new customers in the territory
To collect outstanding dues from market in time to maintain debtors to sales ratio as per company
Identify new opportunities such as new outlet opening, new category placement etc. to pitch sales
Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer by providing regular visits and offering best service levels.
Utilize relationship for achieving monthly sales and collection targets, fast launching of new products, better negotiation on promotions, share of shelf etc
Responsible for the safety of the stocks in the vans
Responsible for cash collection as per the target & tally the physical cash with system
Provide market and customer feedback on trends, issues to the line managers with solutions & plans
Submit daily activity report to the Supervisor detailing among other sales performance, market coverage and competitors’ activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: 2-4 Years in the FMCG field in UAE is must
. Young , smart and presentable
• Age: Below 40
• Valid (LMV Manual) license is a must
• Speaks, reads, and writes English
