Job Description: Front Office Admin with Recruitment Responsibilities

Years of Experience – 2+ Yrs

Location – Dubai

We are currently looking for a Front Office Admin who will also handle recruitment-related tasks. This position requires someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Admin or similar role
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
