Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities: Specify the output required from the job.
Monitoring Social Media Reviews, replying to reviews & sharing it with the concerned department & making sure issue is resolved
Getting new leads from Social Media & forwarding them to the sales team
Build and manage relationships with existing partners.
Initiate weekly meetings with the team on all strategies & ideas
Identify with the team on other brand associations & sharing a weekly report on prospective brands & companies for collaboration
Use of a new template for replying to Customer reviews with a strategy to promote referral offers. (Customer Retention & Customer Loyalty)
Assist in the creation of all Marketing Team department materials, including proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Contacting new partners through phone calls/meetings/online for-
Giveaways
Long-term partnerships, including collaborations for VIP lounges
Selling the media kit
Leasing a kiosk in the main offices
Corporate discount for new Groups.
Discount codes/vouchers for GMDC customers
Monthly reports on the partnership’s collaborations and meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Diploma in marketing, PR, and Business Management. You will also need demonstrated experience in social and digital media, which includes being able to measure social media presence.
Minimum Experience (number of years):
At least 2 years experience in Marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, negotiating skills, and proficiency, in using Microsoft Office applications. knowledge of social media platforms and SEOs
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving, and ability to think out of the box and evaluate the need for new campaigns.
