Custodian of the job evaluation framework, and responsible for and developing and maintaining the grading structure for MEIA region.
Support and facilitate the group s compensation review process as well as manage the compensation and benefits market survey submissions and analysis v/s current market practices
Collect data for benefits and salary surveys to support the ongoing improvement of the organization s Total Rewards programs and objectives
Assist in designing the future benefits, evaluate and implement the new benefit policy accordingly.
Administer variable pay including short term and long-term plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder to gain perspectives on how to enhance/improve C&B policies and structure to proactively meet business requirements and meet industry and market needs.
Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Learning and Development, to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are integrated with other HR processes and to drive various compensation initiatives
Maintain firm knowledge of local labour laws and regulations; closely follow compliance and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits
Support in the implementation of the recognition program adherence with the company and Total Rewards strategy.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources
Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits experience.
Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Exceptionally well-organized with an aptitude for data; strong data analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset and learning agility
Ability to prioritize work, solve problems independently and proactively; ensure all targets are met
Fluency in English, Arabic would be an advantage.
