Roles & Responsibilities
Administration and troubleshooting of Pharmalink HO Data center issues include (servers, firewall, routers, switches, storage, wireless, access points, Hyper V and VM ware).
Providing level 2 support in all hardware and infrastructure services and level 1 support in software to all Pharmalink office users and Medicina Pharmacies which includes (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, IP Phones, Door Access, CCTV, FP Machines, iPads and Applications).
Continuous monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
Providing technical support to all user across the business.
Responding and resolving the support requests and service tickets in a timely manner.
Identifying, diagnosing and rectifying any issues in computer hardware, software, services and applications.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Setting up AD accounts for new users and Email IDs.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Design and implement new pharmacy IT infrastructure including purchase.
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Min. 3 years experience in similar role in UAE.
Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange, Software Technologies, SharePoint, Active Directory etc.
Microsoft servers, Hyper V, VM ware, Windows, CUCM, Office suits, Firewalls, Cisco.
Certifications : CCNA, MCITP, CSA, ITIL.
Job Location: Position is for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Driving license: Preferably having UAE driving license.
