The Finance Manager is responsible for leading a team of Finance and Accounting professionals in general accounting duties including; leading the revenue recognition process, liaising with clients, and creating financial reports and forecasts.
• Provide leadership for the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget
• Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments
• Manage revenue recognition during the month-end close process in compliance with contract terms and company policies
• Coordinate with the accounting team on the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly financial statement packages
• Review and/or approved payments for commissions, expense reimbursements, and vendor invoices
• Manage a team of accountants in achieving accounts receivable objectives and metrics
• Coordinate with the team on the completion of audit schedules
• Support all internal and external audits conducted for the company
• Maintain internal control processes to ensure compliance with company standards
