Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work at sites.
Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing/water supply systems/Chilled water supply.
Locate and repair issues with water supply lines.
Train site people about the superpipe installation procedures.
Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites.
Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections.
Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems.
Troubleshoot and fix issues relating to water supply lines.
Site visits to train and control the installation and test procedure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a plumber.
Good understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
Having Diploma/ITI course in Mechanical stream is a strong advantage.
Having at least 5 years similar experience in UAE market is a must.

Highly result oriented and committed to the responsibilities.
Strong communication, training skills required.
Having warm and friendly personality
Ability and willing to fast learning and work in a team,
Self-motivated and driven
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and other languages will be strong advantages(Hindi/urdu/malyalam).
Proficiency in MS-Office, Excel, and MEP design drawings
Valid UAE driving license is an essential must.
