Job Responsibilities

This is a vacancy for a Villa Construction in Dubai. Please do not apply if you are not a Sr. Planning Engineer with Villa Construction experience and from the main Contractor side

JOB FUNCTIONS:

As a Sr. Planning Engineer, you are responsible for drawing up work schedules and budgets, delegating tasks, analyzing project specifications, and finding cost-effective ways to meet them.

Has excellent experience in preparing programs with Primavera.

Should have good experience in preparing, claims using time impact analysis.

Liaising with contractors and suppliers, managing resources, and communicating with surveyors, managers, and other engineers.

Develop and maintain planning control structures in alignment with the approved project work Breakdown structure.

Integrate planning, budgeting and cost analysis activities.

Should be able to analyze technical drawings and provide material and cost estimates

Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

Should have graduated in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 15 years of experience and a minimum of 10 yrs UAE experience with construction.

Should have good communication and written skill, fluent English is a must.

Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
