Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the scrum team and introduce agile values and adopt scrum framework for digital banking related project delivery
Coach the Scrum team in self-management and cross-functionality
Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
Ensure all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
Find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
Involve in the revamp projects on bank-wise end-to-end software development and collaboration workflow
Support development and business teams to use the Agile and collaboration tools
At least y5ears of experience in the Agile project implementation with minimum 1 years of Scrum Master. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Software Process Engineer.
Scrum Certified (CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP) is highly preferred
Proven track record of running Agile projects with Scrum framework (i.e. Agile values, Scrum ceremonies, Product Backlog, etc.)
Proven Agile delivery experience in a large enterprise or Financial Institutions is highly preferred
Experience in working with the Cloud application and Microservice development
Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, team building and conflict management skills with customer-centric attitude
Understanding in DevOps and tools stacks is a plus, such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, etc.
Strong communication, technical writing and presentation skills in managing senior stakeholders
