Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Punch all Sales Enquiries and Quotations in system, and mark it to concerned Engineer for approval.
Type all customer related correspondence as advised by S&M Manager
Punch sales order into system.
Prepare bidding documentation as per bid requirements.
Prepare delivery notes/shipping invoices in coordination with Sales Expeditor.
Prepare company profile and dispatch to clients under the instructions of S&M Manager
Prepare LPO in system.
Prepare shipment advice and dispatch the same by Courier to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with secretarial experience or intermediate with two year vocational secretarial course and any business related courses or any relevant training and qualification.
At least 1 – 2 years experience in secretarial job.
Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
Proven experience in information and communication management
Required typing speed
