Roles & Responsibilities
· Create a Sales Forecast that meets the targets assigned
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Handle all technical inquiries, and attend site meetings.
· Follow up with clients that are assigned in the region
· Control and support distributors in region
· Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
· Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
· Duly Report Forecasts in a timely manner..
· Prepare complete and Technical submittals for the customers/consultant approval in accordance with ASSA ABLOY offer
Desired Candidate Profile
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
· Fast learner and passion for sales
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
· Time Management
· Duly reporting system
· Communication Skills
· Maintain extreme confidentiality
· Frequent traveling
Special Competencies required:
• MS Office (Word, Excel)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
Major: Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Business Administration
