Roles & Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, caterers, and hotels.
Building a network of customers/clients to expand business opportunities.
Meeting sales targets by identifying potential clients and developing new business.
Conducting market research to identify potential customers and staying updated with the latest trends in the industry.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers to ensure long-term business relationships.
Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and operations, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
Staying updated with the latest product offerings and market trends.
Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
Providing training and support to customers on product usage and application.
Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote the company’s products and services.
Maintaining a valid UAE driver’s license and using a personal vehicle to visit clients and potential customers.
Following company policies and procedures and complying with local laws and regulations.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics in all business dealings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years selling experience in Dubai’s Fruits and Vegetable Market
Strong network of customers /clients and good relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, caterers, and hotels.
Independent worker, delivers results.
UAE driver’s license required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer/presentation skills needed.
