Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure a stable stream of revenues through executing a share in Business Plan in Solar Energy and Energy Efficiency sectors across SME, corporate, commercial and industrial markets for on-grid solar, off-grid solar, hybrid solar systems and preferably Energy Efficiency (ESCO).
Desired Candidate Profile
As company’s front runner, Candidate will be taking responsibility part in the End-to-End processes of Lead-to-Contract through managing the following main job criteria
Open closed doors to sell our Solar and Energy Efficiency services to potential clients as per business plan.
Build a strong database of potential business Leads for Solar and Energy Efficiency through ownership of Pre-Lead and Sales Initiation sub-processes and procedures.
Follow up, maintain & update database of sales leads, contacts and accounts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects through converting potential Leads into business opportunities as per approved annual Business Plan and Targets.
Convert potential Leads by building up meetings’ requests for presentations, site surveys and higher level contract negotiations.
Initiate Preliminary Design Requests for both Solar and Energy Efficiency and follow up to meet client time expectations.
Prepare proposals, quotes or presentations for potential solar and Energy Efficiency clients ensuring the transfer from Lead to Contract.
Always keep eye opened on market competition and company’s competitive advantage on both levels (Opportunity level and Market Level)
Present and explain Technical, Commercial and Legal aspects of a Solar Energy proposals to customers with complete digestion and understanding of selected products, design approaches and offered services.
Utilize engineering background to gather information from prospective customers to identify their Energy needs through site surveys, questionnaires, check-lists and reverse engineering.
Evaluate and qualify customers by calculating basic and potential energy consumption vs resources and ECMs for a particular site considering technical awareness. such as
For Solar: Location, Inverters Locations, Points of Connections, Cables Routing, Climate Conditions, Future shadings, Future Soiling, Area Development and Roof/Land conditions
Act as an effective team player as per processes setup to professionally link between internal and external stakeholders until realization of Project Kick-off meeting with customer.
Prove a professional and strong commitment to time through understanding and matching between Customer’s expectation and actual Company’s capabilities (No Over-Promise Under-Deliver).
Ability to smartly resolve different communication conflicts between customer reps and internal team
Support Online and Offline Marketing activities and strategic development plans for current and new sales territories.
Full awareness about competition in Energy sector and monthly reporting.
Represent company in exhibitions, events and/or conferences whenever it is required
