Sales Consultant

Job Description

We are a reputable Australian migration firm seeking a skilled Sales and Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, and should be able to effectively market and promote our migration services to potential clients. The candidate should be results-oriented, able to work independently, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote our migration services.
– Receive inbound calls and provide information on our migration services.
– Follow up on leads and inquiries from potential clients.
– Schedule and conduct appointments and consultations with prospective clients.
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in a CRM.
– Collaborate with our migration team to provide clients with the best possible service.
– Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on changes in migration laws and regulations.

Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets.
– Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Good computer skills and knowledge of Zoho CRM.
– Previous experience in the migration industry is a plus.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
