The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, and should be able to effectively market and promote our migration services to potential clients. The candidate should be results-oriented, able to work independently, and possess a strong work ethic.
– Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote our migration services.
– Receive inbound calls and provide information on our migration services.
– Follow up on leads and inquiries from potential clients.
– Schedule and conduct appointments and consultations with prospective clients.
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in a CRM.
– Collaborate with our migration team to provide clients with the best possible service.
– Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on changes in migration laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets.
– Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Good computer skills and knowledge of Zoho CRM.
– Previous experience in the migration industry is a plus.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
