Duties and responsibilities :
* Manage large amounts calls in a timely manner
* Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
* Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
* Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
* Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
* Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and positions
* Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls
* Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality
