Job Description
As a Receptionist at Kintlogix LLC in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing them with a warm welcome and professional assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the front desk and reception area, while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring accurate message taking and timely delivery.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional and welcoming atmospher.
• Provide general information about the company, its services, and policies to visitors and callers.
• Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, including telephone systems, printers, and photocopiers.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
