Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to the organization. This includes a variety of tasks, such as:
• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Providing information and directions
• Maintaining the reception area
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Schedule appointments and meetings, and follow up with attendees
• Provide information and directions to visitors
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
• Other administrative and customer service tasks as assigned
