On Year, Co-ordinate with various departments and plants and ensure timely availability of non-production requirements.

Looking for a competent Purchase Manager to monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of all procurement activities.
candidates with experience in project engineering, maintenance of pharm formulation plants can also be considered.
To get the approval and submit the purchase order to the selected vendor and ensure that the deliver is made by actual date of delivery as accepted.

We are in need of a smart & dynamic persona as Purchase Manager responsible for keeping records of vendors, comparative analysis, process PR, negotiating, pricing, taxation, warehousing, distribution to multiple centers etc.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Communicates with suppliers and to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight.
Responsible for timely procurement of all materials, products and services required for the production and ensure no line stoppages.
You will be maintaining relationships with vendors and operators to supply the company’s needs, overseeing inventory of all products, creating and processing invoices, sourcing products, and working with other divisions in the company to ensure needs are met.
Plan and Procurement of all kinds of Engineering items and materials, Industrial and domestic electrical parts, Safety and protection related accessories, Hardware, Wooden and Corrugated Packing, Printing and Stationery, Computer Hardware and accessories.
Must be a business owner/driver, who can balance product, trend, and fashion with our customers’ needs in mind.
Desired Candidate Profile
15-20 years of experience in Purchase & Sourcing / Vendor Development.
Previous working experience on a similar role in manufacturing paint / chemical industry, preferably inside the UAE.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Able to join immediately.
