Roles & Responsibilities
The Production Helper will be responsible for:
Following the instructions as per the training provided by the Management.
Performing the day-to-day activities as per the orders received from Section In-Charges/ Supervisors.
Following the instructions as per the training provided by Quality Assurance Manager for the implementation of established Food Safety procedures, ensuring that production is carried out under standard specifications and safe products are delivered to the customers.
Following GMPs (good hygiene practices) and SSOPs as per the policies.
Cleaning and Sanitizing of the machineries & equipments as per SSOPs on the assigned area of work by coordination with the Maintenance department.
Ensure the machineries & equipments are in cleaned and sanitized conditions prior to start of work and after completion of the assigned production activity.
Following First In First Out (FIFO) Procedure.
Incase of any incident of non-conformities, must report to the concerned Section In-charge.
