Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive training in accordance with PMP Standards to help students develop their abilities, get them ready for the PMP test, and progress their careers in project management.

Create a lesson plan for students that will teach them the necessary skills.
Demonstrate good classroom management, online training, planning, and interpersonal skills.
Provide high-quality test preparation instruction to the aspirants applying for the test exams.
Design, develop and maintain test preparation materials and scoring practice tests.
Using the proper approach and style to conduct lessons for students
Deliver teaching hours in accordance with the course agenda, with no adjustments to the start and end times unless Elite agrees.
Keep upgrading the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on the subject.
Exhibit a formidable capacity to raise kids’ exam results.
Working closely with each student/aspirant to understand their knowledge gap and assisting them in closing it via various activities
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA or related equivalent degree in relevant field/industry.
Certified in PMP, RMP, CAPM with 3 or years of work experience in educating and training in PMP, RMP, CAPM
Certified Trainer of PMP, RMP, CAPM
Must be familiar with modern software and tools used in educational and training industry
Comfortable working with students of different levels
Passionate about teaching and educating for the client’s success
Fluency in written and spoken English is required, Proficiency in Arabic is preferred
Familiar with online Training’s tools and applications
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
