Job Description

We are looking for someone that can take pictures upload them on social media and manage and update our social media platforms. You must also have basic knowledge of excel and documenting papers, Basic communication skills are necessary. Work timings are from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. with a two hour break from 2 P.M. – 4 P.M.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to build rapport and establish trust.
• Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our inventory, as well as financing and warranty options.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify and fulfill customer requirements and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date on current inventory, sales promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information and tailored recommendations to customers.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Efficiently manage and document all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, financing applications, and vehicle registration.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and paperwork.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
