Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to some not very often calls.
Support Executives with printing out the documents, making copies, doing some basic paperwork.
Keeping an eye on the office needs, expenses, cleaning services
Making sure the devices are working well in the meeting rooms, keeping their maintenance done and organized for us if necessary
Doing dome expense reports and ordering tickets for the Executives working with the agency
Bringing tea or coffee when asked
Receive emails for the latest jobs matching your search criteria
