Roles & Responsibilities
Documents the internal processes .
Provides recommendations to optimize the company’s current processes
Supports the business users on the implementation of these processes
Serves as the first level of support to NetSuite users of the company for any issues encountered in the conduct of their day to day activities.
Gathers, documents and analyses new business requirements and evaluates if the solution can be done internally or if it requires a third party to do the scripting.
Works with the different vendors in coordinating the business requirements that require customization through scripting and coding.
Provide training to business users as needed.
Creates the user guide for each of the customized processes
Facilitates in client’s meeting to document the business processes they have
Designs workflow which fits the client’s processes
Analyses the financial impact of suggested processes
Make customizations as required by clients’ current workflow in the system
Assists in data migration of records from legacy to new system
Assists clients in creation of adhoc reports and out of the box searches
Gathers and documents clients’ requirements and convert them into functional
requirements
Provides training to customers/clients

Must have bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience.
