Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage multiple sports camps inside malls, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet customers’ needs.
– Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the sports camps.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the sports camp portfolio and increase revenue.
– Develop and maintain relationships with mall management, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to promote the sports camps and drive growth.
– Hire and manage a team of camp supervisors, coaches, and support staff to ensure that all camps are adequately staffed and that staff members are properly trained.
– Develop and implement training programs for camp staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality services to campers.
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers to the sports camps and retain existing customers.
– Oversee the scheduling of camps, including booking facilities, staff, and equipment, and ensure that all camps are adequately prepared.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of campers and staff members.
– Monitor the financial performance of the sports camps and manage budgets to ensure they are profitable.
– Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the operation of the sports camps.
