Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare The media/ Events Sponsorships sales budgets, set targets, and assign job duties
- Prepare a strategic sales plan an implementation plan with measurable objectives and indicators
- To meet and exceed set sales targets and goals and keeps abreast of the business unit goal/targets (monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Organize pipeline and revenue projections for the management
- Contribute to the overall strategy by identifying topics of market interest but also to lead the market by creating USP’s versus competitors
- Research, develop and present compelling and customized sales proposals and pitches
- Develop prospective clients and increase business opportunities through various routes to market
- Identify/ develop potential/ existing clients and drive a strategy to offer them advertising services and optimize sales and develop new products if feel necessary and increase viewership
- Prepare a monthly review presentation on achievements and explain gap differentials
- Develop and implement standards for pricing to ensure optimal returns as well as a satisfied customer base
- Carry out market research to identify new techniques to advertising sales but also to attract new client base based on market trends
