Roles & Responsibilities
Trade Marketing (Social Media)
Execution of marketing calendar against assigned timelines / budgets and expectations.
Work closely with sales departments to define and run customer activation plans to drive Sell out and maximize brand market Share.
Execute campaigns, events, and PR to the highest standards and to defined timelines.
Deep understanding and analyzing customer insights, using data to drive positive marketing outcomes.
Responsible for preparing recap & success rate for all activations.
Lead copy writing, design and production of delegate marketing materials, and emails.
Liaise with external suppliers (incl. PR companies, designers, online providers, data houses, registration companies, printers, photographers, mailing houses).
Implement and complete projects as requested by the Marketing Manager.
Event & Experiences Management (Influencer + Consumer)
Execute annual regional events calendar (physical) in line with the marketing calendar and business partners.
Develop and manage influencer and consumer experiences both virtual and physical (at a store level).
Track & analyze both Lootah and competition trade promotions to establish learnings and better future planning.
Gather consumer data to facilitate follow up after events, experiences, and virtual selling activations.
Desired Candidate Profile
BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
4-8 years’ marketing experience, preferably in beauty or fashion.
This role requires strong attention to detail
Experienced working closely with agencies.
Super organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Strong communication skills both in Arabic and English.
Tuned in with what is going on in the market (AR).
A strong team player with a proactive, flexible, and mature approach to the role.
Effective change facilitator who thinks innovatively and acts decisively around process improvement and efficiency, adapting positively to challenges.
Results‐driven, comfortable, and experienced at working operationally to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Role model who demonstrates high standards of ethics and professionalism, aligned to Company values.
