Co-ordination with the shipper / consignee / Shipping Lines / Agents / Transporters.
Ensure proper movement of shipments
Responding to the customers on time.
Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
Preparing and collecting shipping documents.
Cost Sheet and Quotations.
Handling of DG shipments.
Execute Export/ Import BOE and TOO.
Draft HWBLS AND MBLS
DP world Payments / Calogi Payments / Appointment booking.
Co-ordinating with Danata
Import Shipment Do Collection and execution.
Preparing Gate Pass Transit in – Transit – Out.
Mirsal – I – II Knowledge.
Land Transport / Sea Shipments / Air Shipments / Breakbulk Shipment / Project Cargo.
