Roles & Responsibilities
Offer legal expertise in matters pertaining to the inquiry of prospect clients, demonstrating high level of professionalism.
He/she should have the ability to analyze legal disputes, issues, etc.
Can work independently but should be able to complete the given tasks and requests promptly and accurately.
To obtain support during the legal work procedure·
To finalize and draft the written summaries of the article to be published on the website
To provide assistance in all the legal matters and advise in legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, etc.
He/she is responsible for drafting and reviewing the legal filings and drafting technically correct opinions.
He/she is responsible for maintaining client relationships and conducts new research work as well.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 2 years experienced in a local law firm in the UAE
Degree in Law
Reviewing Contracts
Wide knowledge to the current law in the UAE
Excellence in drafting of legal notice, memorandum etc.
Excellence interpersonal communication skills
Experience drafting articles
Experience in drafting legal opinions
