Job Title: L&D Specialist
Job Code: 010/001/145
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 10,000 15,000

Job Responsibilities:
Build a strong design of talent development and L&D strategy, policy & standards and align them to the overall business strategy and objectives.
Review the organization s behavioral competency model and continuously revisit it to ensure it is valid as per the requirements of the business.
Manage the training content design, training delivery, and program management of all training initiatives.
Oversee and communicate the implementation of the annual training plan through monthly reviews, tracking training effectiveness, ensuring adequate planning & infrastructure support is available, and recommending corrective action as needed.
Ensure identification of future organization capability requirements for each business unit by liaising with senior-level management.
Oversee the preparation of the Learning & Development budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
Ensure optimization of L&D costs by achieving an optimal mix of internal and external training and internal references.
Provide a framework for counseling, coaching, and welfare services.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning & development, training while supporting the senior leadership in a corporate environment in a similar industry.
BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field (required).
Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills.
Strong commercial/business acumen.
A passion for leadership and the vision to create a winning team.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Female candidates are required for this role.
Good in public speaking.
Experienced in conducting training and team-building activities.
