Roles & Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Continuous monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company in person or over the phone.
Setting up accounts for new users.
Any BE/B-Tech/ Diploma holder with minimum 2 year’s of experience in IT field, preferably with MCSE and CCNA certifications.
Candidates with hands-on working knowledge on active directory, DNS / DHCP record updates.
Excellent ability to manage & troubleshoot CCTV, DVR & Time Attendance Machine.
Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Outlook & O365 suites.
Excellent attitude towards user support.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work with senior management & work with multiple site
