Roles & Responsibilities
Responding to customer requests and emergencies as needed
Installing new hardware such as computers, servers, and other peripherals
Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
Maintain all users access request and authorizations (Windows, E-mail, Opera, Micros, Novell)
Desired Candidate Profile
You should have a degree within the information technology field and previous experiences in a similar role along with a proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the equipment. A good command of English and the ability to fault, find and rectify subsystems are essentials.
