Leading IT ServiceNow team for Server/network monitoring • Generating reports for the monthly/weekly incident review meetings, Responsive for critical issues, and major incidents. • Worked on ITIL Concepts, Incident, Problem, Change Management. • Experience in SLA development, designing the SLA for clients. • Vendor Management and Vendor Contract review. • Experienced in ITSM tools like Remedy, ServiceNow. • Leading the delivery of large-scale strategic organization
