Roles & Responsibilities
The Instore Promoter for Fragrances is responsible for promoting and selling fragrances in retail stores. The Promoter will interact with customers, provide product information and samples, and encourage sales through product demonstrations and promotions.

The Promoter will also be responsible for ensuring the product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet customers and provide product information and samples

• Encourage sales through product demonstrations and promotions

• Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty

• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-organized fragrance display

• Monitor and restock product inventory

• Track and report on sales data and customer feedback

• Collaborate with store management to plan and execute promotions and events

• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge

• Complete administrative tasks, such as tracking inventory and sales reports

• Achieve sales targets and goals

Work Environment:

This job is primarily performed in a retail store environment, with some off-site events or promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fragrances or beauty products

• Knowledge of fragrances and the ability to describe and recommend products to customers

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills, including email and data entry

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
