we are looking for a candidate for the position:
Operations Executive
The desired candidate is a person with experience in the Operation.
Job Responsibilities:
– Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations department, including managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Responsible for ensuring that all customs clearance procedures are followed, including obtaining necessary permits and documentation, paying duties and taxes, and complying with all regulatory requirements.
– Responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods from one location to another, including arranging shipping, tracking shipments, and managing logistics.
– Responsible for ensuring that all shipments are dispatched in a timely manner, tracking delivery schedules, and coordinating with carriers and drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
– Responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and managing inventory, including tracking shipments, managing storage facilities, and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date.
– Responsible for analyzing data and identifying opportunities for optimization in the supply chain, including forecasting demand, identifying inefficiencies, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
– Sales experience is not necessary, company provides training
program
